These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AppComma applications, websites, and related services (“Service”, “App”), subject to platform specific terms where applicable.
For applications downloaded from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the license and use of the application. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as limiting or conflicting with the rights granted to users under Apple’s Standard EULA.
For applications downloaded via Google Play Store, these Terms of Use constitute the primary license and usage agreement between you and AppComma, subject to Google Play policies.

You must meet the minimum legal age in your country to use the Service.
AppComma provides digital tools including media management and artificial intelligence powered features. Some features may require paid subscriptions or in app purchases.
For applications downloaded via Google Play Store, AppComma grants you a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for personal and lawful purposes on devices you own or control.
This license does not permit sublicensing, resale, commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the App or its components. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by AppComma.
For Apple App Store users, licensing terms are governed exclusively by Apple’s Standard EULA. AppComma does not grant any separate license beyond what is provided under Apple’s Standard EULA.
However, AppComma reserves all intellectual property rights related to the Service, including trademarks, content, features, and service logic, subject to the rights granted to users under Apple’s Standard EULA.
You are prohibited from: Licensing, selling, renting, leasing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the app. Modifying, creating derivative works, disassembling, decompiling, or reverse-engineering any part of the app. Removing or altering any proprietary notices, including copyright and trademark notices. Engaging in any activities that violate applicable laws, infringe on rights, or harm others. Using automated tools like data mining or scraping in connection with the Service.
All rights, titles, and interests in the AppComma Service and its content (software, text, images, videos, etc.) remain the exclusive property of AppComma Apps and its licensors. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of materials is strictly prohibited.
To ensure clarity, the following terms are defined as:
Subscriptions and in app purchases are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective platform.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant AppComma a limited license to process content solely to operate and improve the Service. Content is not used for AI training without consent where required by law.
AI outputs are automatically generated and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for how you use generated content. Prohibited use includes harmful or deceptive purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining device and account security and for all activity under your account.
Service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued without guarantee of continuous access.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation to the extent permitted by law.
AppComma is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions to the maximum extent permitted by law. Consumer rights remain unaffected.
AppComma is not responsible for third party content or services linked through the App.
You agree to hold AppComma harmless from claims resulting from misuse or violation of these Terms.
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye while respecting mandatory consumer protections.
