Thank you for using AppComma products and services (“App”, “Service”). All subscriptions and in app purchases including coin packages are processed directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. AppComma does not collect or process any payment information directly.
AppComma offers free access with limited features. Full access to premium features requires an active subscription. Subscription plans and prices are clearly displayed within the App before purchase. Prices may vary by country and currency based on store policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscription management is handled by the respective platform.
Coins are virtual consumable items that allow you to access specific premium actions within the App. Coin purchases are one time payments and are not subscriptions. All coin purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Once coins are used, they cannot be restored or refunded except where required by applicable law or store policy.
New users may receive limited free usage or trial access depending on current promotions. Free access does not require payment information. Continued usage beyond free limits requires an active subscription or coin purchase.
All payments are handled securely by Apple or Google according to their payment systems and privacy policies. AppComma does not store or have access to your payment details.
Subscriptions must be managed directly through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Apple users can manage subscriptions through Apple ID settings in the App Store. Google users can manage subscriptions through the Google Play Store subscriptions section.
All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their refund policies. AppComma does not have the ability to approve or process refunds directly.
Eligibility for refunds depends on the policies of the store where the purchase was made.
AppComma cannot override, modify, or grant refunds outside of the applicable store policies.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in temporary suspension or limitation of access to premium features, subject to applicable laws and platform policies.
AppComma may update pricing, features, and subscription terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected within the App and take effect for future billing periods. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms.
