We provide a refund policy for purchases made directly through our website, subject to the conditions outlined below. This is in addition to any refund rights mandated by applicable laws.

Subcription

AppComma provides access to appcomma.com (“Website”) for free, including the browser version of its apps. However, full access to AppComma apps' premium features requires a paid subscription. A detailed list of features and pricing is available on the Website. Subscription prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by country. Before purchasing, you will have access to all relevant subscription details on the Website. Your subscription renews automatically 24 hours before the current term ends. Free Tier

New users can access a free tier for up to three message requests. Continued use of the Website requires selecting one of the paid subscription plans available on the Website.

Paymnet Methods

Subscriptions can be paid via debit or credit card, processed through the Paddle payment system, or via PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Cancellation

Canceling your subscription prevents automatic renewal while allowing access to features until the end of your current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Apple App Store: If eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Apple by following their support instructions. Google Play Store: If eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Google following their support instructions. Website Purchases: Subscriptions are managed via the Stripe Customer Portal. You will receive a link to manage your subscription in the confirmation email upon purchase. You can also cancel by contact with us or social medias. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, except as required by law or under the following conditions. Refund Eligibility Criteria: Refund Requests Within 2 Days Customers must submit a refund request within 2 days of their purchase made directly on our website. Refund claims must be submitted before the subscription period ends. Eligibility will be assessed based on product usage. Active Usage Policy: Users who submit more than two generation requests are not eligible for a refund due to the associated server costs of running AI models. General Conditions: Payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if the above conditions are not met. If an alternative refund option (e.g., a free trial) was provided at checkout, it overrides this Refund Policy. Exceptions and Beyond 2 Days: Refund requests submitted more than 2 days after purchase are not eligible. Active Usage: Refunds are not available for users who have submitted more than 2 generation requests.

Chargeback/Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment, we may immediately disable or terminate your account due to non-compliance with payment obligations. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks by providing proof of authorized payment to the relevant financial institution.

We may update, modify, or terminate our subscription plans at any time. Changes will be communicated via the App, email notifications, or other visible announcements.
